IT14983: Bytes field is printed as a negative value in dmpmqmsg output

Error description

• Use dmpmqmsg utility to transfer amounts of messages, the Bytes
  field is printed as a negative value in the output.
  
  For example:
  
      Read    - Files:   0  Messages:      xx  Bytes:-1271678404

Problem summary

  Users of the dmpmqmsg command who use it to transfer a large
  amount of data

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The underlying type used to store the number of written bytes
  was a signed 32-bit integer and the code also printed this
  number as a signed value so the number became negative after
  recording 2GB of data.
  
  The messages field is also affected in the same way.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified so that the fields used to track the
  number of messages and bytes now use an unsigned 64-bit type and
  are also printed as unsigned values.
  
  This is a display problem only and will not interfere with the
  operation of the dmpmqmsg command.
