Error description

• After the upgrade of a VMware ESXi host, the VMware tools in the
  Virtual Machine can be down level. In-guest application
  protection can not occur when VMware tools are down level.
  Tivoli Storage Manager for Virtual Environments - Data
  Protection for VMware will disable in-guest application
  protection in this case.

  Tivoli Storage Manager Client 7.1.x on Windows and Linux

  ANS9499W VMware tools on virtual machine 'VM-NAME' need to be
  updated. IBM Tivoli Storage Manager application protection will
