Error description

• When Client Acceptor Daemon (CAD) is configured to manage
  scheduled operations in polling mode, it still opens at
  least one TCP/IP port and listens on that port. Scheduled
  operations in polling mode should not require any incoming
  connections and therefore CAD should not open any ports.
