openSSH connection to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator fails with
error:

DH_GEX group out of range: 1536 !< 1024 !< 8192
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

Circumvention:
Run the openSSH sftp command using the -o option to specify the
compatible key exchange algorithm, see example below:

 sftp -vvv -oPort=22222
-oKexAlgorithms=diffie-hellman-group14-sha1 localhost
