Error description

• If a broker is configured to use a user id of more than 12
  characters then the bipbroker process will crash when you try to
  use the web user interface when security is turned off.
  

Local fix

• Change the broker to use a user name of less than 12 characters
  or switch on web interface security.

Problem conclusion

• The product now correctly allows for a windows broker user
  identity with more than 12 characters in the name.
