IT13787: MAILBOX MESSAGES ARE NOT DELETED CORRECTLY DUE TO RACE CONDITION

Error description

  • Due to Race Condition, a large number of mailbox messages
    are not deleted when Sterling File Gateway tries to delete them.
    
    Race Condition occurs during these scenarios:
    
    1) Sterling File Gateway must run on a cluster.
    2) The two servers running Sterling File Gateway must have
    asynchronous clocks
    3) In the default Mailbox Delete Service, 'Days Old' must be set
    to '0'.

    Workaround:
    Set 'Days Old' in Mailbox Delete Service to -1.
