IT13659: XML ENCODER CANNOT PROCESS XML DOCUMENTS AND HALTS THE BUSINESS PROCESS

Error description

  • When you upgrade to V5.2.4.1, you get the
    following errors in the XML Encoder Service when running a
    particular business process:
    
    1. org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.
    2. org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The XML input file cannot be
    processed.  Details: The processing instruction target matching
    "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed."
    
    This errors occur on 2 to 3 business processes out of 40
    business processes in total You must manually restart the
    failed business processes.
