Error description

• Changing the Tivoli Storage Manager Client option
  SKIPNTSECURITYCRC from NO (which is the default) to YES will
  result in a full backup of the data (including files not changed
   at all).
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  A Tivoli Storage Manager "service" trace (or just the traceflag
  FIOATTRIBS) will have the following entry for the involved
  files:
  
  ..\..\common\fio\ntfileio.cpp(3258): fioCmpAttribs(): File
  Security CRC changed since backup
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:  All Tivoli Storage
  Manager 7.1.3 and later on Windows platforms

Problem conclusion

• The problem was that changing the option SKIPNTSECURITYCRC from
  NO (which is the default) to YES results in a full backup of the
  data (including files not changed at all).
    It is important to note that
      (a) the problem occurs one time only;
      (b) reverting back to SKIPNTSECURITYCRC NO does not cause a
  full.
  These problem has been fixed so changing the option
  SKIPNTSECURITYCRC from NO to YES doesn't lead to the backup of
  unchanged objects.
