IT13298: MQ 8.0: AMQ9469 MESSAGE IS MISSING FROM THE NON-ENGLISH MESSAGE CATALOGUES

APAR status

Error description

• In IBM MQ 8.0, the AMQ9469 message is missing from
  the non-English message catalogues
  
  In the event that the queue manager is required to report the
  AMQ9469 message, the AMQ6090 message is instead written to the
  queue manager's error log to report the absence of the AMQ9469
  message.
  

Local fix

• The error and fix were tested by inducing the error and
  observing the output to the error logs.
  The fix was done by adding the change set from p000 into p800,
  so it had already been approved.
