Error description

• Mail Mime Service has issues parsing the document where it
  puts the email body in Mail_Mime_DOC_n and the
  attachment in the primary document sometimes.
  While parsing the message, the Mail Mime Service should have
  the email body as the primary document and the attachments as
  Mail_Mime_DOC_n where n is a number that starts at 2 for the
  first attachment and increases for each additional one.
