    Problem Statement
    When you upgrade from V5.2.4 to 5.2.5_9 and select
    Remember Search-by Values, the behavior of the Clear
    Fields and Reset buttons on the Central Search screen does not
    function as expected.
    
    Simulation Steps
    
    Tested on 5020500_4 instance (oxnard:46000).
    Confirmed that with "Remember search-by values" set, the Central
    Search Clear
    Fields and Reset buttons do not work as expected.
    When the Central Search values (Business Process, Status, Start
    Date and End Date) are saved by setting the values and clicking
    Go, the Clear Fields and Reset buttons do not clear or reset
    any values after returning to the page.
    
    1) Go to Accounts > My Account.
    2) Select "Remember search-by values" and save change.
    3) Go to Business Process > Monitor > Central Search
    4) Type in a Business Process and select a Status, Start  Date
    and End Date.
    5) click Go!
    6) On the next screen click Return.
    7) The Business Process and other values that were entered have
    not changed.
    8) Click Clear Fields.  No values change.
    9) Click on Reset.  No values change
    10) Change Business Process, Status, Start Date and End Date
    fields.
    11) Click Clear Fields.  Changes all values back to
    previously saved values - does not clear the fields or reset to
    default values
    12) Click Reset.  Changes all values back to previously
    saved values - does not clear the fields or reset to default
    values.  Same as Clear Fields.
    
    There is no difference in the functionality
    of the Clear Fields and Reset buttons.
    
    Expected Behavior
    Clear field to empty the fields and Reset to empty the fields
    and change to current time, after selecting 'Remember by value'.
    
    Business Impact
    Users from this client are too used with these two functions,
    without which searching is difficult.
