Error description

• When Tivoli Storage Manager/Spectrum Protect Data Protection for
  Hyper-V is used to restore a guest with dynamic memory enabled
  the dynamic memory minimum amount is set to 32MB and the message
  ANS2353W is displayed:
  
  ANS2353W The virtual machine to be restored 'vm-name' exceeds
  the amount of vCPUs, virtual memory, or both, that are allowed
  by the host. The virtual machine was reset to the minimum amount
  that is allowed by the host so that the restore operation can
  continue.
  
  This change and message displayed is done during restore
  regardless if the dynamic memory configuration of the guest is
  compatible with the host.  The dynamic memory minimum setting is
  overwritten by the value 32MB regardless of the original setting
  at backup.
  

Local fix

• None.
  
  The dynamic memory minimum amount can be edited after restore.

Problem conclusion

• Data mover has been modified so that dynamic memory minimum
  value is restored from the backup of the guest configuration.
