Error description

• Error Description:
  Instant restore of a VM using Data Protection for VMware might
  fail with following message:
  ANS4907E Instant restore of VMware Virtual Machine 'vmname'
  failed. target node name='target_node_name', data mover node
  name='data_mover_node_name'
  
  This issue can happen when vSan is being used in VMware. The
  Instant Restore seems to fail because there is not enough
  space in the target datastore although enough space is
  available.

• Update dsm.opt from the local mount proxy that is used for this
  restore with:
  testflag VMINSTREST_DISABLE_VMSIZE_CHECK
