Problem summary
When creating permissions, and the USER ID is associated with a custom group, they are not able to see any "Arrive File Events" information in Sterling File Gateway. Users Affected: ALL Platforms Affected: All
Problem conclusion
RESOLUTION SUMMARY: When a user account associated with a custom group is logged in to SFG, the 'Arrived File Events' shows a blank area without displaying any information. Made code changes to handle this use case where in now with the changes in place, when logged into SFG with the same user account that is associaed with a customer group, the user is now able to view the 'Arrived File Events' details on the screen.
