APAR status

Error description

  • Single Sign-On into Sterling B2B Integrator and
    Sterling File Gateway using Sterling Secure Proxy and
    Sterling External Authentication Server and a custom
    java exit does nto work to authenticate users in the Sterling
    B2B Integrator user store.

    For FTP and SFTP connections, the system works as
    expected, with SEAS validating against Sterling B2B
    Integrator and passing
    the token back to Sterling Secure Proxy. However, for HTTPS
    that is hosting
    myfilegateway.war, we are presented with a Sterling Secure
    Proxy login prompt.
    Upon entering valid credentials, the user is routed to a second
    login prompt for MyFileGateway.
