Error description
Customer has a two node instance and when he uses softstop with the options allLocalNodes then instead of move the BPs to the other node the softstop puts them into Halted_Softstop which can be seen in the troublshooter screen for Business Process Usage. Example of issue: softstop.sh allLocalNodes -cp 3 -dp 4
Local fix
AC / AC STRTC 453493 Circumvention: Specify the actual node. For example: softstop.sh node1 -cp 3 -dp 4
Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: All PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The option "AllLocalNodes" does not pass the nodeName correctly in the softstop option. Example: softstop.sh allLocalNodes -cp 3 -dp 4 This command should move all active/in-queue business processes to a new cluster node when softstop is invoked in the system.
