Error description

• The Backup/Archive client may hang during a backup when using
  client side deduplication and multiple files fail due to change
  during backup processing.
  ANS1228E Sending of object '\\server\c$\Program
  Files\changing.file' failed.
  ANS4037E Object ''\\server\c$\Program Files\changing.file'
  changed during processing.  Object skipped.
  The copy group serialization being used by the node must also be
  set to static.

Local fix

• Set the copy group the client is using on the Tivoli Storage
  Manager server to "-SERialization=SHRSTatic"
