Error description

  • When creating a Sterling File Gateway partner producer,
there is an option
to check in an SSH Authorized User Key store locally with the
user's account. When using a name with hyphens/underscore
the system disallows these characters. However, if the same
user's account is edited in Sterling B2B Integrator
after the partner is
created, the SSH Authorized User Key can be added with hyphens
without issue.

Local fix

  • Circumvention:
Create and check in an SSH Authorized User Key with desired
name in B2Bi dashboard, before creating an SFG partner producer.
