  * English. For some languages, the copyright message might     *
  * also be displayed in the other language.                     *

  * always being displayed for some languages. Non-English       *
  * translation of the copyright message is optional, at the     *
  * discretion of the translator, and thus not guaranteed to     *
  * always be displayed.                                         *

  * Apply fixing level when available. This problem is currently *
  * projected to be fixed in level 7.1.6. Note that until the    *
  * fixing level is available, this information is subject to    *

Problem conclusion

• The client has been fixed so that the English language copyright
  message is always displayed, regardless of which language the
  client is configured to use. A translated version of the
  language is not guaranteed to be available. If the translated
  version is available, it will be displayed after the English
  language version of the copyright message.
