Error description

  • IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Map Editor, Version 8.0.3.0

The XML object under Repeating tab is set to Can Repeat Min
Usage 1, Max Usage -1.  When xml side of map is saved as .ddf,
the .ddf is used to create the xml side of a map, the object has
a Max Usage of 2147483647. This causes a warning when linking
to objects within the repeating structure.

Local fix

  • STRRTC - 475335

Circumvention:
1. In a new map that was created using the .ddf, right-click on
the object.
2. Select the Repeating tab.
3. Select the Can Repeat radio button.
This will correct the maximum value by removing it.
