Error description

• Problem Description:
  
  SOAPOutbound service adds additional sub content type and thus
  the SOA Inbound service fails with an error.
  
  The end user sends a webservice request to Sterling B2B
  Integrator, which is a
  webservice provider. The soapUI is used to send the request.
  
  When the user sends an attachment the SOA inbound business
  process fails with "service error." They
  are using an intermediate BP and the SOAPOutbound
  service to build the SOAP header. The SOAPOutbound service
  adds an additional sub-content type (/plain at the end) and
  thus the SOA Inbound service fails with an error parsing. The
  content-type set at the SOAPOutbound service looks like this:
  
  Content-Type: image/x-png/plain
  
  If the user removes the "/plain," then the SOA Inbound service
  works fine.
