Error description

• "dsmc backup image /" fails on RedHat Enterprise Linux with
  error "ANS1068E Device is not local". Suse Linux is not
  affected by this issue.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager Client versions 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 on RedHat
  Enterprise Linux 7.0 and 7.1

  The image backup will fail with error ANS1813E, see below
  example:
  
  tsm> backup image /
  
  Backup Image Function Invoked.
  
  Image backup of volume '/'
  ANS1228E Sending of object '' failed.
  ANS1068E Device is not local
  
  ANS1813E Image Backup processing of '/' finished with failures.
  
  The root cause of this behaviour is the list which is returned
  by the system call getmntent(). This call returns the root file
  system twice. The first item has the type "rootfs", the second
  one has original type of file system "/".
