Error description

• When using the WebSphere MQ Explorer to create a new Managed
  File Transfer configuration by right clicking 'Managed File
  Transfer' and selecting 'New configuration...', the second page
  of the 'Create a New Managed File Transfer Configuration' wizard
  was blank.
  
  When the wizard is resized, the page displayed as expected.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Due to a coding issue the second page of the 'Create a New
  Managed File Transfer Configuration' wizard was blank until the
  wizard's window was resized.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected to ensure that the Create a New
  Managed File Transfer Configuration wizard's second page is
  displayed upon advancing to the page.
