IT10262: QUEUED PUBLISH/SUBSCRIBE STREAM NOT STARTING AFTER MIGRATING TO MQ 8.0

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The queue manager migrated to MQ 8.0 from older MQ versions
  likely to generate the following error messages every 5 minutes.
  
  AMQ5820: Queued Publish/Subscribe stream
  (SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.STREAM) restarted.
  
  AMQ5856: Unable to process publish command message. Reason code
  2102.
  
  AMQ5867: Queued Publish/Subscribe stream has ended abnormally.

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error when calculating the length of the topic string
  buffer caused the queue manager to use an invalid topic string
  when publishing Parent/Child relationships.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ Publish/Subscribe logic has been modified to correctly
  calculate the topic string buffer size when publishing the
  Parent/Child relationships.
