Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: New fix for large file used the default system encoding to convert strings to bytes, then used the same encoding to convert the bytes back to strings, unfortunately, some encodings like UTF8 cannot represent all characters that might be contained in a given file, the better behavior is to use the actual encoding set by the translator.
