Error description
The problem occurs after an upgrade to 5020500_4 and affects Sterling File Gateway partners who both (1) accesses their mailbox via MyFile Gateway that is on an HTTP Server Adapter rather than the default MyFile Gateway and (2) have permissions to a large number of mailboxes. In the reporting case, a partner could only veiw 71 different mailboxes at a time, even though the partner had permissions to many more mailboxes than that. After the upgrade, when such partners log in to MyFile Gateway and go to the Upload tab, their visibility is restricted to only 71 of the mailboxes that they have permissions to. This problem is not seen if the mailbox is accessed via other means, for example, FTP or SFTP.
