IT09024: UXSP (UpdateXpress System Packs) package update has missing member updates

Error description

  • When attempting to install UXSP (UpdateXpress System Packs)
    packages of  ibm_utl_uxsp_d6sp04p-7.50_windows_32-64 using IBM
    Systems Director (ISD) Update Manager, the update fails giving
    the error of missing member updates.
    The problem is related to the published update packages.  The
    published packages list one or more member up-dates that are not
    actually available.
    The following error is observed in the error logs:
    FFDC Exception:
    com.ibm.usmi.services.updates.common.UpdateServiceException:
    ATKUPD984E The UXSP update
    "ibm_utl_uxsp_d6sp04p-7.50_windows_32-64" is missing member
    updates. En-sure that the UXSP member update files exist in the
    same directory as the UXSP update files and then retry the
    operation.

  • The user will need to acquire and download the corrected UXSP
    update package using ISD Update Manager.
