Error description
When a BP executes a CD Begin Session Service, the CDSA considers its current session load and either executes or suspends the request. Suspended requests are resumed as resources become available, but are taking an unusually long time to resume.
Local fix
STRRTC - 464802 GUB / GUB Circumvention: None
Problem summary
Users Affected: All Problem Description: PNODE sessions suspended because of insufficient PNODE session resources eventually resume, but at a very slow rate. Platforms affected: All
Problem conclusion
Resolution Summary: Suspend Queue processing performance has been improved by allowing returning sessions to claim suspendended session of other group member adapters, instead of restricting selection to those belonging to itself. In addition, a number of scenarios have been improved including automatic resumption of suspended sessions when an adapter goes down with sessions in the suspend queue. IMPORTANT: This release modifies the database schema and requires all nodes in the cluster to be down before proceding to install the interim fix. Delivered In: 5020500_8
