Error description
Mailbox messages are getting stuck in the mailboxes and are not picked up by the routing rules. This occurs only when the MailboxAS2SendSyncMDNSpawner BP takes the path when the contract is locked. When the contract is locked, it does not send the message to the next step, but rather it does a mailbox update to place the message back in the mailbox for reprocessing. The messages stay in the mailbox and do not get routed again. The messages that get stuck in the mailbox are not present in the MBX_NEEDS_ROUTING, MBX_EXTRACT_TILor MBX_EXTRACTABLE tables. The message is extractable, according to the "Message Management" screen in the user interface.
Local fix
STRRTC- 455774 SB/SB Circumvention: Manually submit the messages for re-routing so that they are picked up again by the routing rules.
