Error description

  • Deenveloping failed with the following error in V5.2.5 after it
    was working fine in 5.2.4.1:
    
    No matching UNH envelope was found. Interchange not processed.
    Please configure the appropriate inbound EDI envelopes and
    restart this business process.
    
    The error depends on usage of the following EDIFACT fields:
    S002 InterchangeSender: 0008 Address for reverse routing
    S003 InterchangeREcipient: 0014 Routing address
    
    which are both used in customer EDI:
    UNB+UNOC:3+1234567890:14:TIMER+1234567890:14:TIMER+140806:
    1007+REF-20521001
    "InterchangeSenderInternalID","InterchangeRecipientInternalID"
    missing in envelope.xml
    

Local fix

  • STRRTC - 457251
    AK/AK
    Workaround: Use the EDIFACTDeenvelope BP instead of the
    EDIFACTDeenvelopeUnified BP.
    

Problem summary

  • Users Affected:
    Users implementing EDIFACT UNH envelopes which need to use the
    Interchange Sender Internal ID and the Interchange Recipient
    Internal ID.
    Problem Description:
    Deenveloping failed with following error in 5.2.5 after it was
    working fine in 5.2.4.1:
