Error description
Using the SOA Outbound Message Processing service to build a multi-part Mime message results in the order of the attachments built in an inconsistent order. We have a single process that gets all related messages to create the multi-part response. Although the order of the messages in the SOAPAttachments element is consistent, the order of the parts in the multi-part mime message is not. Sometimes, SOAPAttachment1 is built first, and other times last. It is even more inconsistent with three attachments with the three resulting in any order. This is causing the external traders problems in retrieving the messages as they are expecting the XML Response before the PDF attachment within the MIME document. Please explain how the order is created, as we have seen it is neither Content ID, Attachment Number nor filename.
