IT06554: EDIFACT and X12 Enveloping Services do not pass the encoding to the translator

Error description

• EDIFACT and X12 Enveloping Services are not passing the encoding
  to the translator.  The issue is that the data contains a
  mixture of characters in the English alphabet and Simplified
  Chinese. There are many spaces after the Chinese characters
  after the data is translated.

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  The encoding setting is now maintained during the EDIFACT
  and X12 Enveloping and Document Extraction.
