Error description

• When running external purge, there are errors in the
  extpurge.log that look like this:
  
  ERROR SQLException:::A SQL exception occurred committing batch:
  SQLException:::java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-00060:
  deadlock detected while waiting for resource
  

Local fix

• Remove ADMIN_AUDIT from external purge and run deletes manually.

  heavy load on Oracle.
