Error description

• The error occus when the 37G segment contains a negative rate
  as in this example:
  :37G:N0,06
  
  The rate is compared to the value held in the 22C segment as
  in this example:
  :22C:ZYDLP00006ZYDLP0
  
  The 22C segment is not able to hold negative values and so the
  translator gives an error because -6 does not equal +6 (as shown
  in this example).
