Error description
A heavily loaded DataPower appliance with network activity also delayed by network load, and having certain MQ shared conversations settings, might become unresponsive. For example, access via serial console might fail.
Local fix
Some MQ shared conversations settings are a known trigger. Workaround is to set ShareCNV = 0.
Problem summary
Customer who uses DataPower MQ Sharing Conversations might see this problem. When DataPower is under high load with MQ/MQFTE Front Side Handler or DPMQ/DPMQFTE URL-Open, DataPower might not response.
Problem conclusion
