Error description

• The internal 'show domain-quiesce-status' might create a domain
  if invoked with an invalid value for the domain argument. If the
  domain in that argument does not already exist, it will be
  created after the command fails.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• A domain that didn't exist might get created when running the
  'show domain-quiesce-status' command invoked with an invalid
  value for the domain argument.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 6.0.0.12, 6.0.1.8, 7.0.0.5 and 7.1.0.3.
