Error description

• Although the Content-Type header is not relevant for GET
  requests, it is sometimes expected on the backend, so removing
  it might cause issues in certain environments.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• An HTTP request passed through XML Firewall or XSL Proxy might
  be stripped of a Content-Type header even when the
  'Cache-Control:  no transform' header was also present.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 6.0.0.11, 6.0.1.8, 7.0.0.5 and 7.1.0.3.
