Problem conclusion

• RESOLUTION SUMMARY:
  Sterling B2B Integrator sends the POP3 protocol command "TOP"
  to the mail server for each email being retrieved, thereby
  degrading the performance of the adapter.
  In order to improve performance, this is now disabled.
  
  A new boolean property (disableTopCommandForPop3) has been
  added to the b2bMailsvs.properties file. Valid values: true,
  false. Default value = true.
  
  To enable sending of the 'TOP' command, Set this value to false
  in the customer_overrides.properties file.
