Error description
Collecting the System logs from the System Console > Troubleshooting page on PureApplication System fails to complete. The error seen is: CWZIP3322W Tivoli System Automation diagnostic data cannot be collected The PureSystems Managers command utility: psm collect may also fail to execute due to the same error.
Local fix
Problem summary
Tivoli System Automation logs were not being gathered in the system collection set because a script file to gather the logs was timing out.
Problem conclusion
An updated collection script file is being provided to fix the issue.
