Error description

• genoncfg can be used to create an onconfig file.
  However using this configuration file: (on Windows)
  cpus 1
  memory 1024 m
  connection name demo_genconfig onsoctcp 90880
  servernum 11
  disk f:\sqldists\12.10.FC3\storage\testgenconfig 12 m 1200 m
  directive debug
  
  will lead to genoncfg crashing instead of creating the onconfig
  file.
