Error description

• The restore of a SQL database from a VMVSS type backup image
  might stop with the message :
  
  ANS1086E (RC104)  File not found during Backup, Archive or
                    Migrate processing
  ACO5060E A Tivoli Storage Manager API error has occurred.
  
  in the dsmerror.log of the TSM client agent node the following
  will be seen :
  
  <timestamp> ANS2448E Mount command failed.

  The above errors appears because the recovery agent searches for
  the needed backup image with a en_US date and time format as
  received from the Data Protection for Microsoft SQL Server
  Client and does not find it because the available backup image
  created with the Tivoli Storage Manager for Virtual Environment
  Data Protection for VMware client has a different time stamp
  format.
  This issue will happen when the VMVSS backup images timestamps
  are recorded in a non-US date and time format.

Problem conclusion

• The Tivoli Storage Manager Client and Tivoli Storage FlashCopy
  Manager VSS Requestor components have been updated to restore
  SQL database from a VMVSS backup regardless of the system
  date/time format.
