Error description
Execution Group abends while loading a migrated MRM message set. This issue is seen when the MRM message set is having an XML wire format. The abend stack will have the following entries at the top: bipdictinfo!DictionaryInfo::FromQLBuffer bipstddictinfo!StdDictionaryInfo::FromQLBuffer.
Local fix
Redeploying message sets before migration will be sufficient to change the format of the loaded MRM dictionary, which will automatically solve the issue.

Problem conclusion
