IT03907: WMQ 7.0 SERVER CONNECTION CHANNEL ABNORMALLY ENDS WITH THE ERROR AMQ9209

Error description

• With WebSphere MQ 7.0, before the client sends Transmission
  Segment Header (TSH) to end the conversation, MQ client marks
  the socket as closed, and the server connection channel ends
  with the error AMQ9209.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error in the MQ client disconnection routines created a
  timing window whereby the socket could be prematurely marked as
  closed while other threads were still using the socket. This
  prevented the client exchanging the expected disconnection flows
  with the queue manager, resulting in the AMQ0209 error being
  reported on the server (queue manager) side.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ client code has been updated to prevent this timing
  window prematurely ending the connection during the disconnect
  processing.
