• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Recreating process:
  1) Install MQ 5.3.1.0
  2) Install fixpack 5.3.1.10
  3) Run "mqver -V". Please note this only happens when the
  parameter is
  uppercase "-V".
  
  The result will not reflect the fact that FixPack 5.3.1.10 has
  been applied.

Local fix

Problem summary

• Changes in how the version string was calculated resulted in
  the mqver -V returning "VPROC" instead of the correct version
  information
  

Problem conclusion

• changed the way that the mqver was calculated to support both
  vproc <exe> and mqver -V
  

Temporary fix

• No real work around for using the -V option but version
  information can be aquired by using vproc <exe>
