Error description
The customer has configured an HTTP Server Adapter and the Business Process triggered to all use the Document Storage of Database. Despite this configuration, there are 2 files in the documents directory created. The two files contain WFID-1.dat in the file name. The two files are generated by the Mail Mime Service in Parse mode. The first document is the entirme Mime Envelope including the Multipart boundary section with a Zip attachment. The second file in /documents is the extracted Zip attachement from the mime envelope. This behavior only occurs when the Global Document Storage type is set to FS in the customer overrides file. When the Global Storage is set to DB in the overrides, no files are written to the documents directory. The Mail Mime Service does not seem to be picking up the Document Storage configured at the Business Process level but is using what is configured at the Global level in the properties files.
