Error description
When using Tivoli Storage Manager for Databases: Data Protection for Microsoft SQL Server to perform query or backup operations, the operation may fail when attempting to obtain a list of SQL databases from the Microsoft SQL Server. Tivoli Storage Manager for Databases: Data Protection for Microsoft SQL Server and Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager for Microsoft SQL Server are working as designed. This problem can not be reproduced and currently appears to affect a single customer environment. A workaround has been provided for the initial customer.
