Error description

• When using Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager for Microsoft SQL
  Server to perform a VSS restore of the Microsoft SQL database
  into a new database, (using the /into and /relocatedir options)
  the Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager VSS Requestor component
  (dsmagent.exe) may crash with the following error:
     ACO5060E A Tivoli Storage Manager API error has occurred.
  An application dump file will also be created in the
  installation directory associated with the FlashCopy Manager VSS
  Requestor component. By default, the path to this directory is:
  C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\baclient
  Note: The FlashCopy Manger VSS Requestor component is a
  prerequisite to using the FlashCopy Manager for Microsoft SQL
  Server component. Also, the FlashCopy Manager VSS Requestor is
  also known as the TSM Backup-Archive Client.

Local fix

• As this problem occurs intermittently, retrying the operation
  may result in success.
