Error description

• The Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager Local Snapshot Manager
  (LSM) repository can have an increased load time due to the
  number of managed objects.  Each of these objects must be loaded
  into memory during processing, and when there are a large
  number of objects it can take a very long time to load the LSM.
  
  This can have an adverse effect on backup processing if there
  are multiple backup jobs that run in the environment.  These
  jobs will attempt to lock the LSM, and due to the delayed load
  times, it can cause backup failures.  Some of the errors which
  can be seen are:
  
   ANS2055I The local snapshot manager could not be locked.
   ANS2056I Waiting maximal 600 seconds until the lock is released
    by the other application.
   ANS2054E Operating system error 13: Permission denied.
   ANS5250E An unexpected error was encountered.
