APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the V7.1 version of the Tivoli Storage Manager Windows client
  the deduplication backup does not work as expected if it
  includes the Windows system state (i.e. if the system state is
  part of backup process or backed up solely using the
  BACKUP SYSTEMSTATE command).
  
  The initial backup is working as several objects are backed up
  via the deduplication feature (client option
  "DEDUPLICATION ON").
  But later during the backup, the deduplication value
  (DEDUPLICATION ON) will incorrectly be set to NO.
  
  Nearly 90 % of all the files will be backed up without the
  deduplication feature.
  Also the deduplication backup statistics are missing.
