Error description

• When using Micrsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2 with:
  - Tivoli Storage Manager MMC and Base System Services 4.1
    (for File System VSS Instant Restore)
  - Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager for Microsoft SQL Server 4.1
  - Tivoli Storage Manager for Databases for Microsoft SQL Server
    4.1
  
  a fix for the following issues is required.
  
  1) In environments with Filesystem volumes that exist on a
  shared cluster disk, or a cluster shared volume (CSV),
  performing a VSS Instant restore of a Filesystem backup created
  on cluster_nodeA, and then restoring it to cluster_nodeB (after
  failover), may fail with an "Unexpected Error" in the
  voldiskmap.cpp file.
  
  
  2)In Microsoft SQL Server Failover Cluster environments which
  utilize shared disks, performing a VSS Instant restore of
   backups created on cluster_nodeA to cluster_nodeB (after
  failover) may fail with an "Unexpected Error" in the
  voldiskmap.cpp file.
  
  These problems occur:
  
  - with FULL and CopyFull VSS backups (applies to #2 only)
  - with either active, or inactive, VSS backup
  
  When this issue occurs, the following error appears in
  dsmerror.log:
